Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers
For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation or return period, with no specific reason required. The product must remain unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is necessary to process the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
